ORANGE MARMALADE BREAKFAST BAKE
When I host a brunch I always look for a main dish that can be prepared a day ahead so I can spend the extra time preparing other recipes. If you like, use grapefruit or mixed fruit marmalade instead of the orange marmalade called for in the recipe.-Judy Wilson, Sun City West, Arizona

Steps:
- Spread butter over 1 side of each bread slice. Arrange half of the bread slices overlapping in a greased 3-qt. or 13x9-in. baking dish, buttered side down. Spread marmalade over bread slices; top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up., In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg until blended; pour over bread. Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight., Preheat oven to 350°. Remove casserole from refrigerator while oven heats. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 40-50 minutes., Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving. In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup, orange juice and zest; heat through. Serve with casserole.

ORANGE BREAKFAST BAKE
This is a great breakfast dish. We did use the orange cinnamon rolls and they added great flavor. But, in a pinch, you could use any leftover rolls that you have. You'll start your day off right when you dig into this recipe!

Steps:
- 1. Fry bacon or cook in microwave to the crispness that you want.
- 2. Saute onions in butter until translucent.
- 3. Cube leftover sweet rolls with frosting and put in a 5x9" pan sprayed with butter flavored spray.
- 4. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese over rolls.
- 5. Combine milk, eggs, and onions. Pour egg mixture over cheese and rolls.
- 6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- 7. Top with chopped bacon.
- 8. Bake at 325 for 40 min. Let rest 10 minutes. Can be served with syrup.

- Preheat oven to 350F with rack on lower middle position. Grease a standard bundt pan and set aside.In a large bowl, use a hand whisk to thoroughly combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In bowl of stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment, cream the butter and 2 cups of granulated sugar on medium speed, 5 min or until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time until each is combined. Add orange zest, beating just until well incorporated; scrape down sides as needed.
- In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup of fresh orange juice, buttermilk, and vanilla extract. Gently fold buttermilk half of buttermilk mixture into the egg mixture, followed by half of the flour mixture; repeat with other half of buttermilk and flour mixtures, until all batter is gently folded together. Batter should be just combined but not over mixed; be sure to fold by hand with rubber spatula.
- Scrape all of batter into greased bundt pan and smooth top evenly. Bake 40-43 min or just until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean, with few tender crumbs attached. Let cake cool at least 15-30 minutes before removing.

- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray bottom only of 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with CRISCO® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray.
