Oreo Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries Recipes
OREO CHEESECAKE STUFFED STRAWBERRIES
Oreo's....Yum....Strawberries....Yum....Cheesecake.....YUM!!!!! How could you go wrong with this?? Plus you get to enjoy Oreo Cheesecake with out all the guilt.

Steps:
- 1. Wash the strawberries, pat dry and cut off the tops
- 2. Core the strawberries ( you can use the end of an peeler or a small knife)
- 3. To make the filling beat (I use a hand mixer) the cream cheese then add the powdered sugar and vanilla then beat again until smooth.
- 4. Place the the Oreos in a zip lock bag and crush until fine. You could use a food processor as well to do this. Make sure there are no big chunks.
- 5. Add half of Oreos into the cream cheese mixture, mix well. Place the other half of the Oreo's in a bowl.
- 6. Fill the strawberries, leaving a little bit coming out of the top. Dip the strawberry into the Oreo crumbs

- Beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth; spoon into a piping bag or a resealabe bag with a corner snipped.
- Fill cavities of cored strawberries with the cream cheese mixture. Dip filled side of strawberries in the crushed graham crackers to coat.

- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract; beat well.
- Cut the top off the strawberries to remove the green stem and leaves and to make a flat surface so the strawberries can sit upright. Use a sharp knife to cut the strawberries in half vertically from the point of the strawberry down close to the base, but do not cut all the way through. Cut each half into 3 wedges (again, do not cut all the way through the base of the strawberry) to form a total of 6 petals. Place your finger down inside of the strawberry to make room for the filling to be piped inside.
- Pipe the cheesecake filling into the center of the strawberry, filling enough that the petals flare out and the filling is visible between the petals and on top of the strawberry. Repeat with all of the strawberries.
