Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients, except chicken, into a large covered Tupperware. Cover and shake till combined; add chicken. Chill 24 hours, turning often. Discard marinade and place drumsticks onto 1 or 2 cookie sheets. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, or till cooked through. Either serve immediately, or place into a crock pot and keep on low to stay warm.

1 cup chicken broth (can also just use water)
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup white sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 green onions, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried ginger (may use 1 tsp. fresh grated)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375.
  • Line square pan, 9x9x2 inches, with aluminum foil.
  • Place chicken in pan.
  • Mix remaining ingredients; brush over chicken.
  • Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
  • Brush chicken with marmalade mixture. Bake uncovered 10 minutes. Brush chicken with marmalade mixture.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake about 10 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Serve warm.
