Steps:
- Heat oil in the bottom of a large soup pot.
- Add ground hamburger, onion, chili peppers, and bell peppers.
- Once meat is cooked through, add Italian diced tomatoes and all spices.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and kidney beans and simmer for another 20 minutes on low heat.

PAKISTANI OR DESI STYLE SPICY CHILI CHICKEN
This is a really easy & quick recipe. And guys, I am already warning people with no tolerance to spicy food. Beware. This can be the most spiciest food ever. You can always lessen the amount of red chilli paste in eat but in my views you'll ruin the whole point of this dish. Its one of my all time favorites. I always make this dish with Bhagaar walay chawal( stir fried rice) & spicy green chutney & serve it wit sliced lettuce & cucumbers. For a perfect taste do not add all ingredients at once. The timing in when you add what to a dish while cooking makes a big difference in its taste. Enjoy till you start sweating :)

Steps:
- In a pan add the chicken & stir fry till its half cooked or the water dries up.
- Next add 2 tablespoons tandoori spice mix & 2 tablespoons lemon juice & cook on high heat till the chicken is completely done.
- Now add the remaining tandoori masala, lemon juice, red food color, & red chili paste. Cook for 5 minutes on high medium heat.
- In the end add jalapeno, curry leaves (kari patta) and oil & simmer on medium heat for another 5 minutes.
- Your chillie chicken is done. Serve with rice, naan or parathas with chutney, raita & salad.
PAKISTANI PULAO RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: basmati rice, chicken, yogurt, cumin seeds, onions, mint leaves, green chiles, coriander seed, chili flakes, turmeric, salt, ginger, garlic

- Fry onions in a shallow skillet until light brown. Set aside a few bits for garnishing and once the remaining is golden brown, add When the onion turns golden brown add chicken and fry until golden.
- To this, add ginger and garlic and saute. Once combined, add salt, cumin seed, coriander seed, chili flakes and turmeric. Once the oil starts to appear along the top, add 1 cup water and let boil.
- To this, add green chilies and mint leaves. Then add the soaked rice in the pot once the quantity of water is enough for the rice to get cooked. Cook on high flame until the water is reduced.
- Cover the lid and let the rice cook on low flame for about 15 minutes.
- Serve warm alongside fresh vegetables and yogurt.
CHILI FISH PAKISTANI STYLE

Steps:
- Marinade the fish cubes with salt, lime juice, garlic paste,corn flour and egg white for 15 minutes.
- Take the fish out of the marinade, deep fry, take out and keep on absorbent tissue.
- Heat little oil in a frying pan, add the onion, and fry for 30 seconds.
- Add garlic and ginger juliennes, fry for 30 seconds.
- Add cut Chilli strips and fry for few more seconds.
- Add the Bell Pepper.
- Stir contentiously and fry for 2 minutes.
- now add the fish pieces,.
- Pour in the dark Soya Sauce, sugar, little water and bring it to boil, cook for one minute.
- Pour the Corn Starch Paste and fold fast so that the sauce thickens and oil separates out.
- Sprinkle the chopped spring onions.
- Serve immediately with Rice, Noodles or pass it as finger snack with drinks.
