Peach Bellini Milkshake Recipes

Steps:

• Combine the milk, chopped peaches, and sugar in a blender and blend until coarsely pureed, about 5 seconds. Add the ice cream and blend until smooth, about 10 seconds. Pour into a 16-ounce glass, leaving 1 inch at the top. Top off with Champagne and garnish with a fresh peach slice, if desired. Serve immediately.

Steps:

• Begin by making the ginger simple syrup. Peel and grate the ginger. Add it together with the sugar and cold water to a saucepan. Bring it to the boil and stir until the sugar dissolves. Cover and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain, discard ginger pieces and set simple syrup aside.
• In a blender add frozen peaches and ginger simple syrup. Blend until completely pureed then place into the refrigerator to cool.
• For serving:
• Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker and fill half way with peach puree. Top off with Champagne and shake vigorously to combine. Pour into Champagne glasses and repeat process as needed.

• Place the peaches, lemon juice, and sugar in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade and process until smooth. Press the mixture through a sieve and discard the peach solids in the sieve. Place 2 tablespoons of the peach puree into each Champagne glass and fill with cold prosecco. Serve immediately.
