PEANUT BUTTER AND CHEERIOS™ BROWNIES
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 °F. Lightly grease an 8 x 8 baking mold and line with wax paper. Grease once again.
- In a water bath, melt 3 tablespoons of coconut oil with the chocolate chips.
- In a bowl, combine ground Cheerios™, potato starch, salt and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, use a whisk to combine the rest of the coconut oil with the 2 types of sugar, then add the eggs, one by one, and vanilla extract.
- Incorporate Cheerios™ mixture. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Add melted chocolate to one and peanut butter to the other. Add the peanut butter dough to the mold and then add the chocolate dough. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the brownie comes out with just a few damp pieces. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Cut into 16 squares, garnish with dulce de leche and a few chocolate chips. Serve.

These brownies have been a favorite in my family since I was a small child. Because they're so popular, I usually double the recipe. Great with chocolate frosting!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C ). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, cream together peanut butter and margarine. Gradually blend in the brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, and vanilla; mix until fluffy. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into the peanut butter mixture until well blended.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in preheated oven, or until the top springs back when touched. Cool, and cut into 16 squares.

- Grease 13x9 inch pan.
- Place butter in a BIG microwaveable safe bowl.
- Add marshmallows and peanut butter.
- Heat on high power for 2 minutes.
- Stir until marshmallows are melted and smooth.
- Pour in cereal.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Press mixture into prepared pan.
- Allow to cool.
- Cut into 12 big bars.
- These won't last long, I promise!

Steps:
- Set aside 50g each of the peanut butter and chocolate. Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4 and line a 20cm square baking tin with baking parchment. Gently melt remaining peanut butter, chocolate and all the sugar in a pan, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has just about melted. Transfer mix into a bowl to cool down slightly. Turn off heat and use a wooden spoon to beat in the eggs one by one. Stir in the flour and scrape into the tin.
- Melt reserved peanut butter in the microwave on High for 45 secs, or in a pan, until runny, then drizzle over the brownie. Bake for 20-25 mins until it has a crust, but the middle still seems slightly uncooked.
- Melt reserved chocolate, drizzle over the brownie, then cool in the tin before cutting into squares.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Butter and line an 8x8 - inch square cake pan, which is what I used for a deep brownie. This is a big batter. You can also bake this in a 13x9-inch pan too, but the time will change to 40 minutes- judge it to keep the jiggle!
- In a medium microwavable bowl, combine the sugar, water, and chocolate. In the microwave or over a bain-marie heat this mixture gently until the chocolate has melted, roughly 2-3 minutes. Allow this mix to cool slightly.
