Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge image

Steps:

Butter one 9x9 inch pan.
Combine the sugar, evaporated milk and cocoa in saucepan. Stir over high heat until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Lower heat to medium and continue cooking to a soft ball stage.
Remove from heat, add peanut butter and margarine. Beat by hand until creamy; pour into prepared pan. Allow to cool and cut into squares.

Steps:

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over confectioners' sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth; pour into an 8x8 inch dish. Chill until firm and cut into squares.

Steps:

Mix sugar, cocoa and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a rapid boil and boil for exactly one minute. Pour over peanut butter and vanilla and nuts in a bowl and beat until thick -- this only takes about a minute. Immediately pour onto a buttered platter and allow to cool. Cut into squares.
Tip: Have your peanut butter and vanilla already in a bowl before boiling the mixture as you need to pour it over the peanut butter immediately.

Line an 8-in. square pan with foil; grease with butter., In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar and milk; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat., Stir in peanut butter and marshmallow creme until blended. Immediately spread into prepared pan; cool slightly., Refrigerate until firm. Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. Cook on low to medium heat while stirring constantly. Once the mixture comes to a boil use a candy thermometer and watch the temperature. As soon as it approaches a soft ball stage remove it from the heat.
Soft ball stage is 240 degrees F. So once the mixture gets to about 238 degrees I will remove it from the heat because overcooking this fudge will ruin it.
