Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Place pizza crust dough on a medium baking sheet. Layer with Provolone cheese. Top cheese with Pear slices. Sprinkle with walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese. Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned. Remove from heat. Top with chives and slice to serve.

- Heat oil in non-stick skillet, add onions and saute until softened (7-8 minutes). Add pears and saute for 2 more minutes.
- Add vinegar and pepper and keep stirring until all liquid is evaporated and onions are covered with a glaze.
- Divide the mixture between the wraps. Add the cheese and walnuts.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- Shape pizza dough into one 14-inch round or two separate 7-inch(ish) rounds. Drizzle crust with a little olive oil. Evenly sprinkle crumbled Gorgonzola onto the dough, then lay on pears, then onion rings, then kale. Add bacon if using. Sprinkle the mozzarella. Drizzle with a little olive oil (one or two teaspoons will do it) and dust with a pinch of salt.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10-14 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.

- In a small saucepan, combine vinegar and marmalade. Bring to a boil; cook 5-7 minutes or until liquid is reduced to 2 tablespoons., Meanwhile, place bread crumbs in a shallow bowl. - The pizza dough should have just been baked for 10 minutes in a 425 degree oven. Keep the oven on 425.
- Heat up a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add 1/2 tbsp of butter. Add the pears to the pan and caramelize for a couple minutes, until they soften up a little. Be careful not to cook them to mush. Remove from the pan.
- Add the other 1/2 tbsp of butter to the pan, and add the sliced onion. Season with a pinch of salt, and cook for 10 minutes until caramelized.
- Whisk to combine the fresh thyme, honey, olive oil, and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Brush this mixture onto the parbaked pizza. Distribute the caramelized onions evenly on top of the pizza, then sprinkle over the gruyere.
