- 1. Mix all ingredients together. Either sprinkle or rub into meat. Allow to sit in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before cooking.
- 2. Place steaks on hot coals (mesquite is best). Baste with butter or margarine while grilling (optional). Cook 10 to 15 minutes each side for medium rare.
