VENISON CURRY MEATBALLS IN SUN-DRIED TOMATO PHYLLO CUPS

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together venison, curry powder, onion, garlic, parsley, rosemary and eggs. Roll into small cocktail-sized meatballs. Place on a baking sheet, and bake in oven until brown and cooked through, about 20 to 25 minutes. Let rest. Take sun-dried phyllo cups, spoon chutney into each cup, place meatball on top and serve.
WRAPPED MEATBALLS
Wrap tasty meatballs in warm, buttery crescent dinner rolls for Wrapped Meatballs. These Wrapped Meatballs are made cheesy with Parmesan and Alfredo sauce.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Unroll dough into 16 triangles on cutting board; cut each triangle lengthwise in half. Place 1 meatball near short end of each triangle; roll up. Place, point sides down, on baking sheet.
- Bake 12 to 15 min. or until meatballs are heated through and crescent dough is golden brown. About 5 min. before appetizers are done, cook pasta sauce in saucepan on medium-low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle appetizers with cheese. Serve with pasta sauce.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a small skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup cheese blend. , Place tart shells in an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Fill with taco mixture. , Bake 6 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese blend; bake until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes longer. Freeze option: Freeze cooled taco cups in a freezer container, separating layers with waxed paper. To use, reheat on a baking sheet in a preheated 350° oven until crisp and heated through.
