PINEAPPLE CHEESE CASSEROLE
I had this a few years back for the first time and really liked it. It's a good choice for something different as a side dish.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a casserole baking dish.
- 2. Combine flour and pineapple juice, mix well. In a bowl stir flour mixture into the pineapple. Pour into the casserole dish.
- 3. Combine the cheese, crackers, sugar and melted butter. Sprinkle this topping over the pineapple in the casserole dish.
- 4. Bake for 40-45 minutes till bubbly and browned some on top.
