Steps:
- Whisk milk, vodka, pineapple rum, and pudding mix together in a bowl. Stir whipped topping into vodka mixture until mixture has a pudding-consistency. Spoon into shot glasses and refrigerate until set, at least 30 minutes.

I tried these out and they were a huge hit! My only warning is that if you have people that want a completely smooth texture this is not for them. The pudding has shredded coconut in it already.

Steps:
- mix milk, vodka and pudding mix together until blended.
- add in the cool whip and whisk until smooth
- add crushed pineapple
- pour into 1 or 2 oz souffle cups with lids on them
- chill until set
- Enjoy!!
TROPICAL VANILLA PUDDING SHOTS
Steps:
- Combine milk and pudding mix in a bowl and whisk or mix until smooth.
- Add rum, lime juice, and pineapple, and stir well.
- Fold in whipped topping. Once the mixture is smooth and uniform, divide it among 8 small cups.
- Place the cups in the refrigerator until ready to serve, at least 30 minutes.
- Garnish them with pineapple wedges and lime slices, if using. Enjoy with a spoon!
