PIZZA CASSEROLE WITH PASTA
You can easily personalize this recipe to suit your family's taste. Not only is it quick 'n easy, it tastes great, too! The kids will absolutely love it. I once took this to a Parent/Teen function at church, I've never had so many teenagers ask me for a recipe! Top casserole with your favorite pizza toppings.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 5 to 8 minutes or about 3 minutes before cooked; drain and place noodles in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Stir in pizza sauce, powdered cheese packets from macaroni and cheese mix, 1/2 the mozzarella cheese, 1/2 the Parmesan cheese, pepperoni and any other pizza toppings that you want to add. Top with the remaining cheeses.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly; serve.

PIZZA CASSEROLE
This recipe takes all the good things we love on pizza and combines them with egg noodles to form a great, one-dish casserole to feed your family.

Steps:
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the onion, garlic and green bell pepper. Drain excess fat. Stir in the noodles, pepperoni, pizza sauce and milk, and mix well. Pour this mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes, top with the cheese, then bake for 5 to 10 more minutes.

PEPPERONI PIZZA CASSEROLE
A cheesy casserole with all of your favorite pizza toppings. I like to serve this with a salad and garlic bread. The leftovers are great. I have prepared this in advance and then taken it to potlucks in a slow cooker the next day.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking the meat apart into crumbles as it cooks, about 10 minutes.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the egg noodles in the boiling water until cooked through yet slightly firm, about 5 minutes; drain.
- Mix the noodles with the cooked ground beef, spaghetti sauce, black olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, and 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese in a large mixing bowl. Spoon the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Cover the dish with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the casserole is bubbling, 30 to 45 minutes.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Cook noodles according to package directions.
- 3. While noodles are cooking, brown sausage and hamburger in a pan.
- 4. Add pepperoni the last few minutes of cooking the hamburger/sausage. Drain the grease from the meat.
- 5. Also while noodles are cooking, saute vegetables of choice (if any) to add to casserole.
- 6. Add pizza sauce to the meat mixture.
- 7. Season with salt pepper and sugar.
- 8. Add vegetables and warm for about 5 minutes.
- 9. Toss noodles into the meat/sauce mixture.
- 10. Spray a non-stick cooking spray into a 9x13 casserole dish.
- 11. Pour the mixture into the dish. Top with enough mozzarella cheese to cover the casserole. [The more cheese the better :-)!!]
- 12. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 (until bubbly).
- 13. You can make this as simple or as complex as you desire. IF you go for the simpler route (noodles, hamburger, pepperoni and sauce) only need 1 jar sauce and 8 oz of noodles. If you go for the heartier version (all meats and veggies), use 2 jars sauce and 16 oz noodles.
