HONEY-NUT SWIRLS

Steps:
- On a lightly floured surface, unfold puff pastry. Roll into a 12x9-in. rectangle., In a small bowl, combine the walnuts, pistachios, brown sugar, butter, honey, cinnamon and salt. Spread over pastry to within 1/2 in. of edges. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side. Cut into 1/2-in. slices., Place 2 in. apart on parchment-lined baking sheets. Brush with cream and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks.

Steps:
- Unroll puff pastry onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet, it should be about 9" x 14" rectangle. Beat egg and water then brush onto the pastry. Mix filling, and spread filling onto the sheet of puff pastry. Then roll it like a jelly roll - rolling short side so the roll is about 14" long . Then coat the roll with egg-water mixture, cut into rounds. Cut about 1" thick and it will make 14 spirals. Lay each round cut side up and coat with egg-water mixture. Bake in preheated 400 degrees F. oven for 10-12 minutes.
