- Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 13x9-in. baking pan with parchment, letting ends extend up sides; grease paper. In a large bowl, whisk sugar, flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda. In a small bowl, whisk oil, eggs and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. , For pumpkin batter, in a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, salt, pumpkin pie spice and baking soda. In a small bowl, whisk pumpkin and eggs; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Spread half the cocoa mixture into prepared pan (layer will be thin). Drop half the pumpkin mixture by tablespoonfuls over top; gently spread to cover most of brownie mixture. Drop remaining pumpkin and cocoa mixtures by tablespoonfuls over pumpkin layer. Gently spread and swirl. , Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Lifting with parchment, remove from pan. Cut into bars.

PUMPKIN, CHOCOLATE CHIP, & WALNUT BROWNIES
Steps:
- In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, orange zest, baking powder, and cinnamon. Using a pastry blender or a fork, cut in the margarine until the mixture resembles fine crumbs. In a small bowl, whisk together the water and egg replacer for 1 minute or until very frothy. Add the egg replacer mixture, pumpkin puree, and vanilla to the flour mixture, and stir well to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips. Using a little safflower oil, lightly oil (or mist with oil) a 9x13-inch baking pan. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spread it out evenly, and then sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for several minutes and then cut into small squares. Store in an airtight container.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
- In a large bowl, cream together the shortening and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the vanilla and pumpkin until well blended. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; stir into the pumpkin mixture. Mix in the chocolate chips. Stir in the walnuts if desired. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until edges begin to brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before removing to wire racks to cool completely.

- Preheat oven to 350. Spray 8- or 9-inch-square baking pan with nonwtick cooking spray.
- Combine pumpkin, sugar blend, egg substitute, egg whites and oil in large mixer bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until blended.
- Add flour, baking poweder, cocoa, cinnamon, allspice, salt and nutmeg. Beat on low until batter is smooth.
- Stir in morsels.
- Spread evenly into prepared pan.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line bottom and sides of a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with foil, leaving an overhang on all sides. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, pie spice, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- With an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar on medium-high speed until smooth; beat in egg and vanilla until combined. Beat in pumpkin puree (mixture may appear curdled). Reduce speed to low, and mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan and a toothpick inserted in center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool completely in pan.
- Lift cake from pan (using foil as an aid). Peel off foil, and use a serrated knife to cut into 24 squares.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish lightly with nonstick spray, then line with parchment paper and grease again lightly.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, ginger, McCormick® Ground Nutmeg, cloves, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar with an electric hand mixer on medium speed for 3-4 minutes, until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla, then blend in the pumpkin purée until smooth.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
- Fold in all but 3 tablespoons of the chocolate chips with a rubber spatula.
