- Pour the blueberries, grape and pomegranate juices, sugar and lime juice into a blender and puree.
- Pour into 10 ice pop molds and insert ice pop sticks. Freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.
MANGO CON CHILE PALETAS

Steps:
- In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups water and the sugar. Cook over medium heat until the mixture reaches 200 degrees F, about 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and carefully pour into a bowl. Add in 2 cups of the mango and with a hand mixer on low speed, blend until smooth. Once smooth, stir in the lime juice, chile powder and remaining cup of chopped mango.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, place in the freezer for 1 hour and then insert popsicle sticks. Return to the freezer until set, 5 to 6 hours.
BANANAS PALETAS

- Puree the bananas, sugar, milk, and extract together in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture evenly among 4 to 6 molds and freeze until solid.
- Unmold by first running a little cold water over outside of molds, then gently pulling the sticks.

- Blend: Choose the fruit you want to use, then divide it in half. Finely chop half of the fruit and set it aside. Put the remaining fruit in a blender, along with the sugar and lime juice. Blender until smooth, adding a splash of water as needed to get things moving.
- Mold: Stir chopped fruit into blended mixture. Pour into molds, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand. Firmly tap the mold on the counter to remove any air bubbles. Insert sticks and freeze until hard (at least 4 hours).
- Serve: Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up, then remove from the mold.
