QUICK SANGRIA
Though this recipe makes a great sipping sangria, you can also make it into ice cubes. Serve sangria with sangria ice cubes, or add the ice cubes to a glass of red wine for a fun twist.

Steps:
- Combine the brandy, sugar and half of the raspberries in a medium saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the red wine, vinegar and cinnamon stick and cook until the wine reduces by half, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a bowl set over a bowl of ice to chill it quickly. Once the wine is cool, stir in the coconut water, apples and tangerine slices. Discard the cinnamon stick. If too strong, add some cold water.
QUICK WHITE SANGRIA
Using white wine makes my version of sangria a little lighter, yet it still has the same wonderful sweetness. Frozen fruit allows me to serve this any time of year. Nothing beats this summer sangria recipe-white wine over red, of course. -Sharon Tipton, Orlando, Florida

- Chop the orange (leaving the peel on) and apple into bite-sized chunks, then add them to the bottom of a pitcher. Sprinkle them with sugar and stir. Let them stand for 20 minutes at room temperature.
- After 20 minutes, pour in the red wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and lemon rounds. Stir and refrigerate 1 to 4 hours. (Don’t go beyond 4 hours or the fruit texture starts to degrade.)
- Pour the sangria into ice filled glasses and top with a splash of sparkling water (if desired). Add fruit to each glass, preferable on long skewers for easy snacking.
