YUMMY MEATLOAF
What makes this meatloaf so good is how you cook it! It's very important to cook this in a baking dish rather than a loaf pan. The grease will drain from the meatloaf this way, and it will be firmer and taste better.

EASY AND QUICK MEATLOAF
I found this recipe while searching for a easy and quick meatloaf. I added a few ingredients on my own (green pepper, red pepper and cheese) and it turned out great. My family had it with white rice and hashbrowns and loved it. Now i make it every Sunday.

QUICK & YUMMY MEATLOAF
I found a meatloaf recipe that used StoveTop Stuffing. I really liked it, but tweaked it to make it my own. Here is my version! (For appetizers, you can make these into meatloaf balls and use decorative appetizer picks to serve)

Steps:
- Add the beef, egg, 1/4 cup of ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well blended. Add the stuffing mix to the raw beef mixture. Mix until the stuffing is completely blended into the beef mixture (I find using a clean hand to mix the beef and stuffing to be the best method). Form mixture into a log shape and put on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle lots of ketchup over the top of the log. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until done (around 45 minutes - depending on the oven. Check periodically with a meat thermometer to ensure it is cooked thoroughly).

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine meat, bread crumbs, onion, ketchup, eggs, and onion soup mix.
- Use your hands to squish all of the ingredients together until all of the ingredients are well combined.
- Form the meat mixture into two "loaves." At this point, I usually wrap one of the loaves in press and seal freezer wrap and toss it in the freezer. However, if you have a larger family, you'll probably want to cook both.
- Put the two loaves in a 13x9 baking pan and bake for 45 minutes.
- While the loaves are baking, mix up the sauce by stirring the ketchup, the brown sugar, and the mustard together until smooth. Set aside.
- After 45 minutes, take the meat loaves out and spread the sauce over the tops.
- Placed the sauced loaves back in the oven and bake for another 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let the meat loaves cool for 5 - 10 minutes before cutting them.
- Enjoy!
- P.S. To cook a frozen meatloaf, take the frozen meat loaf out the day before you want to cook it and let it thaw in the refrigerator. Cook as stated above.
- P.S.S. This meatloaf pairs wonderfully with my super yummy corn casserole!
