Ranch Bean Casserole Recipes

Steps:

• Place green beans in a Dutch oven; add water to cover. Bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, 3-4 minutes or just until tender. Drain. , Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and onion; cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer., In a small bowl, whisk flour and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. , Whisk in remaining milk; stir into mushroom mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in salad dressing mix and pepper. Add beans; heat through. Transfer to a serving bowl; sprinkle with bread crumbs.,

Steps:

• Brown ground beef in large skillet, stirring until crumbly, drain.
• Saute onion in small skillet until tender.
• Stir into ground beef mixture with beans and rice.
• Heat through, stirring frequently.
• Layer corn chips, ground beef mixture and cheese alternately in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
• Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.

Steps:

• 1. In large skillet cook hamburger until half done, drain excess grease, add Lipton dry onion soup mix, continue cooking until hambuger is browned. Add mustard, ketchup, bbq sauce, worchester and pepper, stir ... add kidney beans and pork and beans ...pour into casserole dish, bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

• Can be a main course with a salad and bread or a side dish. Preheat oven at 400 degrees. In a large skillet melt the butter and brown the ground beef. Drain grease. Stir in Liptons Onion Soup mix, beans, Ketchup, water, mustard and cider vinegar. Pour into a 2 and 1/2 quart casserole or bean pot. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees or until hot and bubbly.
