RICE WITH ANGEL HAIR
It is very easy and delicious. It is Syrian way of cooking rice. Cut angel hair into pieces 1" long. Choose a deep pot to prevent water from spill over. To let the rice stand in pot for 10 min is essential part of cooking the rice.

- Add canola oil, angel hair and salt.
- Stir-fry angel hair on high heat until golden color.
- Add rice and mix with angel hair.
- Add water.
- Cover pot and cook for 13 - 15 minute.
- Let stand in the covered pot for 10 minute.
- Stir and serve.

- Add the chopped onion and garlic, stir and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour the water or broth over the rice, add the salt and lime juice, and once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low, cover with the lid, and cook for about 20 minutes.
- The rice is ready when the water has been absorbed and the rice is tender and cooked. Turn off the heat and keep it covered for at least 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
