ALL AMERICAN ROAST BEEF

This is your basic everyday eye round roast beef. Simply cooked to perfection. Serve it to family or company. The secret is in the time cooked. 20 minutes per pound at 375 degrees.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). If roast is untied, tie at 3 inch intervals with cotton twine. Place roast in pan, and season with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Add more or less seasonings to taste.
  • Roast in oven for 60 minutes (20 minutes per pound). Remove from oven, cover loosely with foil, and let rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare a 2-quart shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Stir eggs and cream of mushroom soup together in a large bowl until smooth. Stir Cheddar cheese, roast beef, and black pepper into the egg mixture.
  • Bake in preheated oven until set in the the center and golden brown on top, 45 to 50 minutes.

Steps:

  • Add 1 teaspoon of butter in a frying pan and put in onions and add roast beef. Then add salt, pepper, and garlic. Warm up a little.
  • In a larger frying pan, start warming up the pan with a no sticking cooking spray. Place the beaten eggs in a warm pan and tip the side of the pan as it cooks the eggs.
  • When that's done, you place the rest of the ingredients on top of the omelet. Then place cheese on the last of the mixture. Flip over one side of the omelet, cook for 3 minutes, and then enjoy.
