MUENSTER, TURKEY, AND APPLE QUESADILLAS
There's no trick to this speedy, kid-pleasing meal that plays well on the busiest fall nights.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees, with racks in upper and lower thirds. Lightly brush two rimmed baking sheets with oil, and place in oven to warm up. In a small bowl, combine honey and mustard; set aside.
- Place 4 tortillas on a work surface. Dividing evenly, sprinkle with half the cheese, top with turkey, honey-mustard, and apples; finish with remaining half of cheese. Cover with remaining 4 tortillas, and brush tops with oil.
- Carefully remove hot baking sheets from oven; place two quesadillas on each. Bake until golden, about 20 minutes, flattening with a spatula, and rotating sheets halfway through. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
SMOKED TURKEY, APPLE AND CHEESE QUESADILLAS

- 1.Lay out tortillas and spread each with 1 teaspoon honey mustard. Place 1 tortilla, mustard side up, in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Top one half with 1/8 cup Monterey Jack cheese, 1 ounce turkey breast, 1/4 of the apple slices and 1/4 cup cheddar. Fold tortilla in half over ingredients and gently press. Cook 3 minutes. Flip and cook until both sides are golden and cheese is oozing slightly, about 2 minutes more. Remove quesadilla from skillet and slice into thirds. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

- In a small bowl, combine salad dressing and mustard; spread over 1 side of each tortilla. Place tortillas, spread side up, on a griddle coated with cooking spray., Layer cheese, avocado and turkey over half of each tortilla. BLOOMING QUESADILLA RING RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: cooked and shredded chicken, onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño, taco sauce, taco-size tortillas, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded monterey jack cheese

- Preheat the oven to 375˚F (190˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, add the chicken, onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño, and taco sauce, and mix to combine. Set aside.
- Cut each tortilla in half. Evenly add about 2 tablespoons each of the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and chicken mixture to each tortilla half.
- Roll the tortillas into cones, starting fro the cut edge and making sure not to push the ingredients out of the tortilla.
- Place a wide mouth jar or glass in the center of the baking sheet.
- Create a ring around the jar with about 13 tortilla cones. The points of the cones should be in the center, touching the jar. Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the layer. Repeat with the remaining cones to make 2 more layers, finishing with the rest of the cheddar and Monterey Jack. Remove the jar from the center of the ring.
- Bake until the cheese is melted and the edges of the tortillas are crispy, 15-20 minutes.
- Carefully transfer the blooming quesadilla to a serving platter. Place your dip of choice inside the ring and top with your desired garnishes. Serve immediately.
