JALAPENO CHEESE DIP
Thanks to Buster for sharing this recipe. This stuff is so easy and a guaranteed hit!! It sounds like a lot of jalapenos, but the peppers in a jar are really not very hot, and once they get in with the other ingredients, it really is not even hot. You can modify the heat by choosing the right kind of salsa for your taste. Serve with tortilla chips and/or veggies. Prep time is about 10 minutes, but I've included extra for chilling.

BLUEBERRY-BLUE CHEESE DIP
For raw veggies, crackers or apple slices. Sounded so different that I had to post it! I found it in the local newspaper but it is originally from "Very Blueberry" by Jennifer Trainer Thompson. Need 1 hour to chill before serving .

HEAVENLY JALAPENO CHEESE DIP
Everytime I make this for a social event, I end up writing the recipe down for at least 6 people! This is soooo fantastic and easy!! I ripped it out of a Carolina Country magazine about a year ago and have made it a zillion times!

Steps:
- With a hand held mixer, beat the cream cheese and mayo in a medium bowl until they are thoroughly whipped up together. There is just something about using a mixer that is way better than mixing it by hand.
- Fold in the velveeta and jalapenos .
- Spread all this goodness into a pie plate.
- Mix crackers and butter in a separate bowl and sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350 for about 20min.
- Top with scallions and serve with whatever you like, for it is merely a vehicle to shove this cheesy delight into your face. We use the rest of the Ritz crackers. You had to buy them anyway, right?

BLUE CHEESE DIP
Found in the Williams Sonoma catalog. I wanted to place it here for safe keeping until I get a chance to try it. It sounds very good. Serve with potato chips or cut up veggies. Cook time is the chill time. The prep time is a guess.
