Savory Burgers With Spicy Mayo image

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients into freezer bag. Form contents of beef or turkey bag into 6-8 patties.
  • Cook over a med-high heat grill to desired doneness. Serve on onion buns w/ baby mixed greens and spicy mayo.

2 lbs ground beef or 2 lbs turkey
2 tablespoons roasted garlic grapeseed oil
2 teaspoons garlic pepper seasoning, blend (Wildtree California Style Garlic Pepper)
2 teaspoons dried onions, blend (Wildtree brand Absolutely onion blend)
1 teaspoon black pepper
baby mixed greens
8 onion hamburger buns (any burger bun will work)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon spices (Wildtree Hot & Spicy Fra Diavol blend)
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon hot sauce (Cholula, tabasco any brand will work)

Savory Turkey Burgers with Garlicky Mayonnaise image

Steps:

  • Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
  • In large bowl, stir turkey, oats, soy sauce, seasoning blend, onion and egg white until well mixed. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
  • Place patties on grill. Cook uncovered over medium heat about 15 minutes, turning once, until thermometer inserted in center of patty reads 165°F.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on bottom of each bun. Place burgers over mayonnaise; top with lettuce, tomatoes and top of buns.
