SLOW COOKER BEEF AND CREAMY POTATO CASSEROLE
An easy to make delicious dish which layers potatoes, green beans and ground beef in a slow cooker for a mouthwatering meat and potatoes meal.

Steps:
- 1. Stir in soup, milk, pepper, half of onions, garlic powder with browned and drained ground beef.
- 2. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Layer potatoes and green beans in cooker. Top with beef mixture; spread evenly.
- 3. Cover, cook on low heat 4-5 hours. Top with cheese.(optional) Top with remaining onions before serving. Can use cream of chicken soup or cream of celery soup instead of cream of mushroom soup.

- Spray 4 1/2- to 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
- In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onions over medium-high heat 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Return beef mixture to skillet, and place over low heat; stir in cream cheese. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until cream cheese melts.
- In slow cooker, mix water and sauce mixes (from scalloped potatoes boxes), then stir in potatoes (from scalloped potatoes boxes). Spread beef mixture over potatoes.
- Cover; cook on Low heat setting 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Stir mixture. Top with Cheddar cheese; cover, and cook on Low heat setting 3 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Top with bacon and green onions. Serve with sour cream.

BEEF AND POTATO DUMPLING CASSEROLE

- Heat oven to 400°F. In 12-inch skillet, cook beef, onion, mushrooms and salt over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown.
- While beef is cooking, in 2-quart saucepan, heat water and butter to boiling; remove from heat. Stir in dry potatoes and sour cream. Let stand 1 minute, then stir vigorously until smooth. Stir in 2/3 cup Bisquick mix, the chives and egg.
- Drain beef mixture. Stir 3 tablespoons Bisquick mix into soup. Stir soup mixture, broccoli and ketchup into beef mixture. Heat to boiling. Boil uncovered 1 minute. Pour into ungreased 3-quart casserole. Scoop potato dumpling mixture around edge of casserole.
- Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until dumplings are light golden brown.
