SLOW COOKER HAM WITH PINEAPPLE

This ham was a big hit at an Easter party a few years back. I got the recipe and have been making it ever since! It's simple since it only has 3 ingredients, but it's delicious nonetheless! I prefer to leave my ham whole once it's done cooking, but others have said they like to shred the ham into chunks and mix the cooked pineapple with it.

Slow Cooker Ham with Pineapple image

Steps:

Place ham in slow cooker with the fattier side facing down. Use toothpicks to attach pineapple rings to the ham. Pour juice from the can over the ham. Pour the cola into the slow cooker.
Cook on Low 7 to 10 hours.

Steps:

Place ham in a 5-qt. slow cooker. In a small saucepan, mix cornstarch and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Pour over ham, covering completely., Cook, covered, on low 6-8 hours (a thermometer inserted in ham should read at least 140°).
