- In large bowl, beat all ingredients except peanuts, apples and pears with electric mixer on medium speed 2 to 3 minutes until well mixed and fluffy.
- Spoon cheese mixture onto plastic wrap; shape into a ball. Coat cheese ball with peanuts. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with apple and pear slices.

MY SISTER'S SPICY CHEESE BALL
This cheese ball is always a big hit in our family. They also make a nice gift. My cousin made them smaller and gave them to her coworkers last Christmas.

- Combine all ingredients in a medium glass bowl.
- Mix well.
- Shape like a ball and roll in nuts.
- Refrigerate overnight for best flavour.

SPICY CURRY CHEESE BALL
My SIL always make this whenever there is a party etc. No nuts, no meat, no fruit. If you're like me and like hot and spicy foods, then add a little extra Tabasco. This makes one really big ball, or as I do make two and freeze one for later. Cook time is refrigeration.
