- In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Beat with whisk, until blended.
- In large bowl, toss all slaw ingredients. Pour dressing over slaw mixture; toss until coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors but no longer than 6 hours, tossing occasionally to blend dressing from bottom of bowl back into slaw mixture.

- Combine the cabbage, carrot, red onion, green onions, and chile in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, and sugar; stirring to incorporate. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss gently to mix. Season the cole slaw with celery seed, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Chill for 2 hours in refrigerator before serving.

- Whisk all ingredients except oils in a large bowl. Slowly drizzle in oils while whisking. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and lime juice if needed.
- Combine the vegetables in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper. Toss to mix thoroughly. Pour in the Thai vinaigrette to taste and toss to mix. Adjust, adding more if desired. Enjoy!

TANGY PORK SANDWICHES WITH SPICY SLAW
Steps:
- Place onions in the bottom of a 5-quart slow cooker. Season pork butt with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker on top of onions, fat side up.
- In a medium bowl, stir together barbeque sauce, mustard, tomato paste, chicken broth and lime juice. Pour over pork. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 6 to 8 hours.
- Remove pork and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and hot sauce. Add coleslaw blend and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Serve on top of pork sandwich.
- Slice pork and serve on buns with spicy coleslaw.

- Place onions in a 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker. Mix brown sugar, paprika, salt and pepper; rub over roast.
