This is a no bake, no cook recipe that tastes like strawberry shortcake and starts with TWINKIES!! It is very easy to prepare, but it does need to chill several hours, so plan ahead :)

Steps:

Slice twinkies in half lengthwise and lay evenly flat side up in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Pour strawberries all over the top.
In a large bowl, mix pudding, milk and whipped topping until well combined.
Spread over strawberries.
Cover and refrigerate several hours overnight.

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix the butter, flour, and pecans in a bowl, and press into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes; do not allow to brown. Set aside until completely cool.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Blend in the whipped topping. Spread over the cooled crust. Refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight.
Top with strawberries and drizzle with glaze to serve.

Plan ahead this needs to chill for a minimum of 2 hours before serving, purchase the ready-made glaze for this, if you like a lot of cream topping then use a 12-ounce container of Cool Whip topping, 16 servings is only estimated I can eat this whole cake myself lol! --- see note on bottom for a thinner twinkie crust -- you will LOVE this! :)

Steps:

Prepare a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix the strawberry slices with the glaze; chill until ready to use.
Place the whole twinkies into the bottom of the pan, pressing down slightly (do not slice the twinkies leave in one piece).
In a bowl using an electric mixer at medium speed beat softened cream cheese with condensed milk until smooth.
Fold in the 8-ounce container using a spatula until combined.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the twinkies.
Spoon the berries over the cream cheese mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
*NOTE* for a thinner twinkie crust use 8 twinkies and slice in half lengthwise, spread into bottom of the pan.
