String Hoppers Biryani image

Steps:

  • Cut the meat into 2 cm cubes.
  • Add salt, chilli powder, corriander powder and turmeric powder.
  • Mix well.
  • Chop the onions and tomatoes.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the onions, ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves and cardamom seeds.
  • Fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add the meat, cook well and then remove from heat.
  • Cut the aubergines into cubes.
  • Add salt and a pinch of turmeric powder.
  • Fry until golden brown.
  • Cut the spring onions and grate the carrots.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the grated carrots and chicken cubes.
  • Cook for a while.
  • Add the fried aubergines.
  • Allow it to cook for some more time.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Tear the string hoppers and put the meat.
  • Add all the cooked ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Garnish with spring onions.
  • Serve.

1 tablespoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
3 -5 curry leaves
3 -4 cardamom seeds
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
5 tablespoons oil
2 maggi chicken stock cubes
salt
