Steps:

  • Combine 1 pouch SHAKE 'N BAKE Seasoned Panko Seasoned Coating Mix, 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend and 1/4 cup KRAFT Seasoned Grated Parmesan Cheese Rosemary & Garlic.
  • Use to coat and bake meat as directed above until done, placing meat on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray to bake.

ROSEMARY ROASTED GARLIC

Garlic is so good when it's roasted. Try this on Italian style bread topped with tomato, or added to your mash, pasta, or in butter for a baked potato.

Rosemary Roasted Garlic image

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 200c.
  • Cut about 1cm from the top of each garlic bulb and discard the tops.
  • Place the bulbs in a small oven-proof dish and drizzle with the oil and juice and sprinkle the rosemary leaves over.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 55 minutes or until the garlic is very soft.
  • Remove the garlic from the oven and stand covered for 10 minutes.
  • Squeeze the garlic from the cloves and use as desired.

Baked Tomatoes With Rosemary and Garlic image

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
  • Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise.
  • Place the tomatoes flat side down in a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and brush them with the oil. With the tip of a pointed knife, make 2 small slits in each tomato half and place a sliver of garlic in each. Sprinkle the tomatoes with rosemary and bake 5 to 6 minutes. Remove the garlic, if desired, and serve sprinkled with parsley.
