Fresh Mushroom Casserole image

Steps:

Wash mushrooms and cut off stems.
Place in buttered 1 qt.
casserole.
Melt butter and bouillon cubes in hot water in small pan over medium heat, stirring to dissolve well.
Blend in flour, cream, salt and pepper.
Pour over mushrooms.
Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese and add to mushrooms.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

1/4 cup butter
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 cup hot water
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup half-and-half
salt and pepper
1/2-1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Delicious side dish that I especially like to make with beef on special occasions. If you prefer, sauté mushrooms in olive oil instead of butter.

Steps:

Heat oven to 350°F.
Sauté mushrooms in 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter.
Dissolve beef cubes in hot water.
Melt 4 tablespoons butter and blend with flour.
Add cream, salt and pepper, and beef broth.
Top with mixture of bread crumbs and cheese.
Bake in buttered casserole for 30 minutes at 350°F.

Ground Beef Supreme Casserole image

Steps:

Brown beef and onion together.
Cook noodles, drain and stir butter into hot noodles.
Mix together sour cream, soup and seasonings.
Alternate layers of noodles, beef mixture, cheese, and soup mixture(spread soup mixture as best you can, okay if it isn't evenly), in a greased 2 or 2 1/2 quart casserole.
Top with potato chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.

1 cup sour cream

Drain hamburger mixture and stir in soup, milk, seasonings, and mushrooms. Layer half of hamburger, macaroni and cheese in a 2 quart casserole. Repeat with meat and macaroni. Save last half of cheese.
