Steps:
- In large, microwavable bowl melt marshmallows and butter, stirring frequently.
- After marshmallows are melted, and the bowl has cooled slightly, stir in chocolate chips until well blended. Then, stir in Teddy Grahams until well blended.
- Spoon mixture into a 9x13 glass baking dish, lightly coated with nonstick spray. Insert Popsicle sticks and refrigerate until cool, may take a couple of hours depending on fridge temp. Once cooled, cut into squares around Popsicle sticks and enjoy!

- Cut frozen marshmallows into smaller pieces.
- Layer graham crackers, marshmallow pieces, and chocolate chips on 4 tortillas, leaving a 1-inch border uncovered. Top with remaining 4 tortillas.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat. Cook tortillas until marshmallow pieces and chocolate chips are melted, about 2 minutes per side. Let cool for 1 minute; cut into 4 wedges.

- Optional but recommended step: place the cookie dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes to chill the dough. This is helpful if your cookies tend spread out/come out flat; they will not spread as much if the dough is chilled.
