- Combine all ingredients and mix with a mixer. The mixer is important, too, or it will be lumpy.

- 1. Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature (or soften it in microwave for 15 seconds). Mix togther the softened cream cheese, marshmallow cream, lemon juice, and salt. Store in refrigerator. Serve with fresh fruit - red & green grapes and fresh strawberries go especially well with it. This recipe is easily doubled or tripled.
