Everyone needs a little treat at brunch! I wanted to kick things up a notch, so I added a scoop of ice cream to my mimosas. Sometimes I add chocolate, too.-Amy Lents, Grand Forks, North Dakota

Steps:

Pour 6 tablespoons champagne and 2 tablespoons orange juice into a 6-ounce champagne flute. Stir in 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream; if desired, top with chocolate shavings. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Steps:

Fill an ice cube tray with about 2 cups (480 ml) of orange juice. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
Add the frozen orange juice cubes, remaining orange juice, and seltzer water to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
Pour into glasses and garnish with orange wheels.
Enjoy!

Steps:

In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew balls, Moscato wine, lime juice, and honey and stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, up to overnight.
Before serving, pour in the sparkling wine and add the lime wheels.
Ladle the sangria and fruit into glasses and serve.
Enjoy!
