CHEESY HAMBURGER TATER TOT CASSEROLE
Great one dish dinner! Kids Loved It! I personally don't like Velveeta Cheese but I can enjoy this casserole with the rest of the family. It doesn't call for salt or pepper but I used both. Just season to taste.

Steps:
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and onion together. Drain
- Spread beef and onion in the bottom of casserole dish. In layers add soup, then corn, Velveeta cubes and top with frozen tater tots.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 mins or till tots are golden. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange tater tots in the prepared baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cheese, and mushroom soup. Pour this mixture over the tater tots. Sprinkle onions over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
