The topping is very unique and different you will love it! I personally only like bananas and marshmellows in my jello however people like different fruits and all work fine =) Topping is different but makes this recipe good for a side dish or dessert. Steps:
- 1. Make jello as directed on box, add bananas and any other fruit you would like. 1/2 cup less on hot water
- 2. Add mini marshmellow to cover the top of jello they will float on top. Put in Fridge until firm
- 3. Mix topping in sauce pan on stove on medium heat flour,pineapple juice, butter, sugar and egg until thick and set aside to cool.(make sure you stir at all times to keep from getting lumpy. You can use an electric mixer after it is done cooking if needed)
- 4. When topping is cool add cool whip and mix well. Spread over firm jello.
- 5. Decorate with Blueberries and strawberries or any other fruit you like. You can also add food coloring to topping and decorate that way as well.

- Stir pineapple, cottage cheese, and whipped topping together in a bowl; sprinkle gelatin mix over the top and stir until well-mixed. Refrigerate until chilled and set, at least 2 hours.
