- Remove the skin off the mini watermelon with a knife or vegetable peeler. Slice the watermelon pulp into 2" pieces. Place all of the pulp into a blender and blend until smooth. Add the chilled vodka, triple sec, Cointreau, and lime juice to the blender and mix until completely incorporated. Pour the prepared mixture into chilled cocktail glasses. Garnish with sugar cane sticks and a sprig of mint, if desired. Serve immediately.
