ZERO POINTS SOUP (WEIGHT WATCHERS)

This soup was a lunch time staple for me while I was on Weight Watchers. I am a little picky with my veggies but this is the version I make for myself. Feel free to add any of your favorite free veggies.

Zero Points Soup (Weight Watchers) image

Steps:

  • Add all the ingredients into a large pot or slow-cooker.
  • Feel free to add any other Zero Points Vegetables (Weight Watchers).
  • Simmer until Veggies are cooked.
  • Season to taste.
  • Note: Depending on my mood I will exchange the Beef broth for Fat-Free Chicken Broth or Fat-Free Vegetable Broth.

  • Spray the bottom of a large saucepan / dutch oven with calorie controlled spray oil. Warm over a medium heat and then add the onions, carrots, celery and peppers and saute for 5 - 6 minutes until they have softened. If you find the vegetables starting to stick to the bottom of the pan then add a couple of tablespoons of water and stir.
