Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 3-quart rectangular baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the 1/2 cup flour, the oats, wheat germ, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in the oil; set aside.
- Core the apples; chop apples and place in a very large bowl. Sprinkle apples with the lime juice; stir to coat. Stir in the 1/4 cup flour. Fold in the mangoes.
- Place the apple-mango mixture in the prepared baking dish. Evenly sprinkle the flour-oat mixture over fruit. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with pecans; bake for 10 to 15 minutes more or until the apples are tender. Cool slightly. Serve warm. Top individual servings with whipped topping.

YUMMY APPLE MANGO COBBLER
I adopted this recipe from the back of a sugar pack.The original recipe asked for peaches and no baking powder. My DH is very picky about desserts, this was his fav, Kids love it too..You can make it a day ahead.You can ad any fruit you like, serve it with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream or enjoy as is.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine the apples, Mango slices, 1/2 cup sugar and water in a sauce pan and mix well. Bring to boil and let it simmer for 7-8 minute.
- Put the butter in 8X8 square baking dish.Place it in the oven until it melts.
- Mix flour, remaining 1/2 cup sugar,baking powder and milk. Mix well.
- Pour mixture over melted butter. Do not stir. Spoon fruit on top, gently pour syrup on top as well. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
- Bake for 35-40 minute until its light brown and clean toothpick comes out clean.
MANGO COBBLER
Steps:
- In a large saucepan, combine the mangoes, sugar and cinnamon. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into pan. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Transfer to a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Dot with butter., In a small bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk; mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto hot fruit. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm.

- CRUST: To make crust process pecans, vanilla bean and salt into a powder in a food processor. Add 3/4 cup pitted dates and process until mixed well. Sprinkle 1/2 of crust onto bottom of pie dish and put remaining crust in a bowl. Leave any remaining crumbs in the food processor for the next step.
- SYRUP & FILLING: Blend syrup ingredients in food processor with enough water to make a thick syrup. Toss syrup with mango. Spoon mixture onto crust. Sprinkle remaining crust over top.
- Serve at room temperature. Keeps for 2 days in the refrigerator.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Combine mangoes, water, and 1/2 cup white sugar in a saucepan over medium heat; simmer until sugar is dissolved, 5 to 6 minutes. Drain syrup from mangoes, reserving syrup.
- Beat 2 cups sugar and butter together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together in a separate bowl until combined. Slowly mix flour mixture, alternating with milk, into creamed butter mixture, beating well after each addition. Stir vanilla extract into batter; pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange mangoes on top of the batter and pour 2 cups reserved syrup over mangoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cobbler comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.

- Combine mangoes and apple pie spice in a sauce pan with juice.
- Heat over low heat.
- Gently stir in two tablespoons of Bisquick® to thicken the sauce.
- Pour into the bottom of a 9 x 13" Pyrex® baking dish.
- Mix together the 2 1/2 cups Bisquick®, half& half, sugar substitute and butter to form a dough.
- Drop by tablespoons onto the top of mango mixture.

- Combine mangoes, lime juice, and nutmeg in a mixing bowl. Stir until mango is coated with lime and nutmeg. Spoom fruit into a greased 8 inch square pan.
