YUMMY YUMMY MACARONI AND CHEESE
I am always trying to find something my entire family agrees on and I think I finally did it!! This by far is my best recipe yet! I added broccoli and salad for a main dish meal we all loved!!! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Cook pasta as directed on the box.
- While pasta is cooking, melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and mustard. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is all smooth and bubbly;remove from heat. Add milk, and put back on heat, until boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir approx 1 minute. Mixture will thicken. Add cheese. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
- Drain pasta. Add pasta and cheese mixture to ungreased 2 quart casserole and top with fresh breadcrumbs if desired. (I use fresh that I make).
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

YUMMY, MACARONI AND CHEESE
Excellent "comfort" food, that everyone loves especially on a cold evening! I have also used it as a side dish with much smaller portions.

Steps:
- Prepare macaroni using package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter and saute onion.
- Add flour, stirring constantly.
- When mixture thickens add milk, salt, paprika and cheese.
- Stir constantly until the sauce thickens but is smooth, resembling an extra thick cream.
- Mix in pasta coating with cheese mixture.
- Spray casserole dish with olive oil spray
- ( I use a 2.5 L pyrex pan)and pour in maccaroni.
- Cover with breadcrumbs to taste.
- Bake at 350 Degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbling.
- Place under broiler for a few minutes to brown bread crumbs. Be careful not to burn!

YUMMY MACARONI AND CHEESE
This macaroni and cheese recipe is so yummy. It has a nice smooth texture and the mustard added really gives it a nice taste that is not your traditional recipe but it soon will be. I got this recipe over twenty years ago from my home economics teacher. It was one of our labs and I have kept it ever since so it is very worthy to share

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add oil and first amount of oil to water and boil macaroni.
- Melt margarine in sauce pan.
- Add flour and salt.
- Add milk and cheese and mustard and heat until cheese is melted and sauce has thickened.
- Mix macaroni and cheese sauce and put in a small greased casserole dish.
- You may wish to add bread crumbs or dill on top.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
