- Place cantaloupe in a juice extractor; process, extracting 2 cups juice.
- Place papayas in extractor; process, extracting 1 3/4 cups juice.
- Transfer juices to a large pitcher; stir in remaining ingredients. Fill with ice, and serve.

- In a heatproof bowl, combine sugar with 1/2 cup hot water and stir until sugar dissolves. Add 2 cups cold water and fruit juices. (To store, refrigerate, up to 3 days.) To serve, transfer to a pitcher with ice and top with citrus slices.

Steps:
- Combine water and sugar in saucepan.
- Bring to a gentle boil on medium.
- Simmer 3-5 min., let cool.
- In a 1 qt container combine juices and zest.
- Stir in the cooled syrup and let sit for 2 hours and THEN chill.
- To serve put 1/3- 1/2 Celsius mixture in a 10 oz glass with cracked or crushed ice and top off with water.

- Place 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1 1/2 cups water in a small sauce pot. Heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved. (This can also be done in the microwave.) Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Squeeze 2 1/2 cups of orange juice and 1/2 cup lemon juice into a large pitcher. Pour the sugar syrup into the pitcher. If making ahead, add 5 additional cups of water. Stir and refrigerate.
