Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan.
  • Combine milk and soft bread crumbs in a small bowl and allow to soften, about 5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, egg, 3 tablespoons steak sauce, chopped onion, and green bell pepper. Add bread crumb mixture, and mix with your hands until all ingredients are combined.
  • Pat the the mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Brush the top with additional steak sauce.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until done. Allow to stand 5 minutes before slicing.

¼ cup steak sauce, or more to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread OR cracker crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pan, or form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In large bowl, combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, 1/2 of the onion, 2/3 cup of soup, the egg and half the salt and pepper.
  • Lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  • Layer the potatoes and remaining onion, salt and pepper in two layers.
  • Spoon the corn over the potatoes.
  • Evenly spread the meat loaf mixture over the corn.
  • Top with the remaining tomato soup.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink in the middle.
  • Cool slightly before cutting.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment.
  • Combine the meatloaf mix, breadcrumbs, parsley, eggs, onion, garlic, 1/4 cup of the ketchup, 1 tablespoon of the Worcestershire, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a large mixing bowl. Using your hands, mix together until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and form it into a compact oval-shaped loaf about 9 inches by 5 inches. Bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes.
  • Stir the brown sugar together with the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire in a small bowl for the glaze. Brush the top and sides of the meatloaf all over with the glaze. Return to the oven and bake until the glaze starts to caramelize and a thermometer inserted in the center of the meatloaf registers 160 degrees F, about 25 minutes more. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  • In a small bowl beat the egg, milk, 1 Tbsp.
  • catsup, worcestershire, mustard, garlic powder, salt/pepper with a fork.
  • Mix well, beat in the bread; then add the meat.
  • Mix thoroughly to a pasty texture.
  • Use small aluminum foil baking tin (these can be found in the supermarket; they're disposal after use) and form loaf.
  • Spread remaining catsup over the top and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Steps:

  • Puree raw vegetables in food blender until all large chunks are broken down.
  • Combine breadcrumbs, pureed vegetables, ground beef, egg, and spices in large bowl. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Add 3/4 of the tomato paste, and all of grated cheddar to bowl and mix well.
  • Shape mixture into loaf in large casserole dish.
  • Spread remaining tomato paste over loaf.
  • Cook uncovered at 350 F for 75 minutes, or until loaf is firm and fully cooked.
  • For adults: Slice and enjoy with your favourite side dish, potatoes, brown rice or pasta. Salt and pepper may want to be added. For infants: Mash or cube, serve with baby's favourite vegetable, add potatoes, brown rice or whole wheat pasta for a heartier meal.
