CHEDDAR-JALAPENO APPETIZER BITES
No fancy dough needed to make these fun jalapeño-spiked appetizer bites! You just need plain sandwich bread, butter and cheddar cheese.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Mix cream cheese spread and cheddar until blended.
- Flatten bread slices with rolling pin; spread with butter. Turn over; spread with cream cheese mixture. Roll up tightly. Cut in half. Roll, 1 piece at a time, in Parmesan until evenly coated. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 12 to 14 min. or until golden brown.

JALAPENO BITES
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix the cream cheese, Parmesan, jalapenos and egg to form a paste. Shape into balls using about 1/2 tablespoon of paste for each. Roll the balls in the breadcrumbs. Place on an un-greased baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm.

- Cut peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds, stems and center membrane. Stuff each half with about 2 teaspoons of cream cheese. Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick. , Place on a broiler rack that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Remove toothpicks. Serve immediately.
