APPLE PORK CHOPS
I started making this dish a few years ago after apple picking with my children. I was looking for something different to do with some of the apples and this sure is delicious! We all enjoy it and hope you do too!!

PORK CHOPS WITH APPLES
These moist tender chops get delicious flavor from Dijon mustard, onions and apple slices. Or try replacing the apples with pineapple rings for an appealing variation. I like to serve mashed sweet potatoes with this main course, along with a simple salad.

APPLE-A-DAY PORK CHOPS
When dealing with pork, it is important to make sure that it is properly cooked throughout the middle. A meat thermometer is a worthwhile investment, and can help you decide on the level of doneness.

APPLE MAPLE CHOPS
This apple and maple pork chops recipe is one of my family's favorites-my children just love it. The pork is super tender, and the maple syrup really makes the dish. It is so easy since it's made in the slow cooker! -Niki Schiefer, Attica, Ohio
