Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quarts) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- In baking dish, mix chopped apples, sugar and cinnamon. Spread evenly in pan. Top with dry cake mix; gently shake pan to distribute evenly. Pour melted butter over top, tilting pan to cover as much of the top with butter as possible.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until top is light golden brown, mostly dry on top and bubbly around edges. Cool 15 minutes before serving.

APPLE/CINNAMON CAKE WITH 5 INGREDIENTS
Co workers request this often. It is so easy I can bake it before work and take it while it is still warm. If you like coffee, it's great with your morning cup. Credit goes to "Thank You apple pie filling" I found this on the top of the can many years ago. My friend doesn't like apple cakes but asked for seconds of this.

Steps:
- Pour the dry cake mix in a bowl.
- Add eggs and apple pie filling (guess you could use other flavors as well).
- Mix with mixer for 2 minutes.
- Pour 1/2 the batter in a lightly greased 9x13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mix.
- Repeat with remaining batter and end with.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl.
- Beat white sugar and butter together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, until incorporated; add vanilla extract.
- Combine flour and baking powder together in a bowl; stir into creamed butter mixture. Mix milk into batter until smooth. Pour half the batter into the prepared loaf pan; add half the apples and half the brown sugar mixture. Lightly pat apple mixture into batter. - Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease or spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan.
