Steps:

• In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the salsa, taco seasoning and pepper. Transfer to a greased 9-in. pie plate; sprinkle with cheese., In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk and biscuit mix just until combined; pour over cheese. Bake at 400° until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes.

• Preheat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add cheese, salsa, tomatoes and taco seasoning. Drain pasta; stir into beef mixture., Transfer to a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with tortilla chips. Bake until heated through, about 10 minutes longer.

• Brown ground beef with garlic and onion in a large skillet. Drain excess fat.
• Add taco seasoning, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes to let flavors blend.
• Meanwhile, blend Jiffy cornbread mix with egg and milk. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour cornbread batter into greased 9 x 9 square baking dish.
• Add corn to meat mixture and blend well. Spoon meat mixture over the top of cornbread batter.
• Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350º for 25 - 30 minutes.
• Garnish with sour cream and salsa.
