Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Top each piece of chicken with 1 teaspoon cream cheese and 1/4 teaspoon chopped jalapeno. Roll up each filling-covered chicken piece and wrap with 1 slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick. Transfer to a baking sheet and place in the oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

8 chicken tenders or breast cutlets, flattened and cut in half
Two 3-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
16 slices bacon

Wrapped Buffalo Chicken Bites image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, onion, garlic powder, and onion powder together in a bowl; fold in chicken.
  • Roll crescent roll dough onto a work surface, pressing dough into a thin layer without tearing. Cut 3-inch pieces out of dough using a biscuit cutter. Spoon about 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture into the center of each dough piece. Pull dough over filling and press into other edge of dough; crimp edges together using a fork.
  • Arrange pockets on a baking sheet. Brush each pocket with butter and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Top each chicken piece with cream cheese piece; wrap with 1 bacon piece. Secure with wooden toothpicks; place on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 to 18 min. or until chicken is done. (Bacon will not be crisp.)
  • Mix wings sauce and sugar until blended; brush onto bacon-wrapped bundles. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until bacon is crisp, and sauce is hot and bubbly.

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Flatten chicken to 1/2-in. thickness. Spread 3 tablespoons cream cheese over each. Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt; roll up. Wrap each with bacon strip, securing with toothpicks if necessary., Place, seam side down, in a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 165°, 35-40 minutes. Broil 6 in. from the heat for 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Remove toothpicks before serving.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, whisk the first nine ingredients until blended. Reserve 1-1/2 cups mixture for sauce; cover and refrigerate. Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag. Add remaining pineapple juice mixture; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 1-2 hours., Cut bacon strips crosswise in thirds. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until partially cooked but not crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain., Drain chicken, discarding marinade. Wrap a bacon piece around each chicken cube; secure with a toothpick. Place on racks in 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Sprinkle brown sugar over tops., Bake 25-30 minutes or until bacon is crisp and chicken is no longer pink. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, bring reserved pineapple juice mixture to a boil; cook 8-10 minutes or until liquid is reduced to 1 cup. Serve nuggets with sauce.

Steps:

  • Place bacon on a broiler rack. Broil 4 in. from the heat for 1-2 minutes on each side or until partially cooked; cool. , Wrap a piece of bacon around a chicken cube and water chestnut slice; secure with a toothpick. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the marmalade, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Add wrapped chicken; seal and carefully turn to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours., Drain and discard marinade. Broil chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side or chicken is no longer pink and bacon is crisp. Serve warm with sweet-and-sour sauce if desired.

  • Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil, this will save you from having to scrub your baking sheet. Place a cookie rack on top the baking sheet. I used a cookie rack here. Place the sugar in a shallow plate.
  • Depending on your bacon how thin or thick it is, cut each slice in either half or 3 pieces. I cut mine into 3. Wrap each piece of chicken with a piece of bacon. There is no need for toothpicks, the bacon will stick to the chicken. Roll the wrapped chicken into the brown sugar and make sure each piece is nicely coated in the brown sugar.

  • Prep: Cut the chicken into 1 inch pieces. Pour 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce (or your favorite) over the chicken and mix to distribute. Let marinate in the refrigerator over night.
  • Preheat the oven to 375. Place the rack in the middle position. Place a cooling rack into the middle of a large sheet pan.
  • Procedure: Cut all of the bacon into thirds. Place 1/3 of the bacon onto a cutting board into rows. Place a piece of chicken on a piece of bacon and roll, continuing for all of the bacon on the cutting board. Transfer the bacon wrapped buffalo chicken to the sheet pan and place seam side down on the cooling rack. Place the next third of bacon on the cutting board into rows, and repeat the procedure. Continue until you run out of bacon or chicken. Using a pastry brush, baste each chicken bite with 1/4 cup buffalo sauce. If you do not have a pastry brush, then add a few drops to each with a spoon.
  • Bake: Bake in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes, then place under the broiler for 5-7 minutes, turn the bacon chicken bites over and broil for another 5-8 minutes.
