- Heat oven to 350°F. Top each tortilla with 3/4 cup of the chicken, 1/3 cup of the bell pepper and 1 cup of the cheese. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake about 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Cut each tortilla into 4 wedges. Serve with salsa.

- Sprinkle chicken with pepper; place on an oiled grill rack over medium heat. Grill, covered, until a thermometer reads 165°, 5-7 minutes per side, basting frequently with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce during the last 4 minutes. Cool slightly. Cut into cubes., Divide dough in half. On a well-greased large sheet of heavy-duty foil, press each portion of dough into a 10x8-in. rectangle; brush lightly with oil. Invert dough onto grill rack; peel off foil. Grill, covered, over medium heat until bottom is lightly browned, 1-2 minutes., Remove from grill. Spread grilled sides with remaining barbecue sauce. Top with cheese, chicken and onion. Grill, covered, until bottom is lightly browned and cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro.

- Preheat oven to 450°. In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; toss to combine., Divide four tortillas between two baking sheets; spread with chicken mixture. - Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Top each tortilla with 3/4 cup of the chicken, 1/3 cup of the tomatoes and 1 cup of the cheese.
- Place tortillas on grill. Cover and grill 5 inches from medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until chicken is hot and cheese is melted. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Serve with salsa.

- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and place a large cookie sheet or pizza stone in the oven while it's heating.
- Once the oven is ready, place your tortillas on the hot cookie sheet and bake them for 4-5 minutes. While the tortillas are baking, mix a small amount of barbecue sauce with your shredded chicken and set it aside.
- Once the tortillas are done, spread a small amount of barbecue sauce over the top of each one. Layer on your cheese, barbecue chicken and red onions. Place the pan back in the oven and bake for 7-10 minutes (or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.)
- Once done, remove the pizzas from the oven and sprinkle them with your cilantro. Cut & serve immediately.

Bake flour tortillas on middle rack of oven until fairly crisp all over (approx 10 min) Flip over halfway through baking to ensure each tortilla is crisp all over (especially the middle). Put them under broiler for 1 minute to slightly brown (keeping them on the middle rack not too close to heating element).
