BLT DIP
This dip is a hit whether you serve it at a block party or a formal dinner party! It really tastes like a BLT. You can cut the fat down if you want to use low-fat or fat free ingredients. Serve with crackers or chips.

- Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Crumble bacon into the sour cream and mayonnaise mixture. Mix in tomatoes just before serving.

THE BEST BLT DIP
I cannot go to a gathering, event or party without someone asking me if I brought my BLT dip...a crowd pleaser! Have your guests dip the toast triangles in the dip and wait for the ooh's and ahh's. The toast is what makes this recipe a genuine BLT impersonator!

- In a large skillet, brown entire pound of bacon until crisp, placing cooked strips on paper towels to absorb grease.
- For best results, finely chop bacon in a food processor or with a hand blender, but finely chopping by hand will also work.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend bacon, tomato and jar of mayonnaise. Add half the container of sour cream, blend well. Add more sour cream by spoonfuls, until the mixture isn't overwhelmed by the taste of mayonnaise (you'll be left with about a cup or so of sour cream, typically). LIGHTLY coat the top of the mix with garlic powder, and blend. Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste. Toast the bread, then cut into fours.

This is the easiest, best BLT dip you will ever try! I make this for any and every occasion you can think of and I ususally have to make more before the party is half over.

Steps:
- Mix the sour cream and mayo in bowl or container.
- Add crumbled pieces of cooked bacon.
- Cut tomatoes into small pieces and add into mixture.
- Mix well, and that's all you need to do!
- Use Wheat Thins or other crackers for dipping.
- Dip should be made no more than 1 hour prior to serving.
- Keep refrigerated before serving.

This is a super yummy recipe I had at a Pampered Chef party. I love it so much I had to share it with everyone.

- 1.) soften the cream cheese.
- Mix ranch dressing, cream cheese, bacon bits, celery, tomato and green onions in a medium bowl.
- Cover and refridgerate for at least an hour.
- Slice bread and spread the dip onto it.
- Once cream cheese is softened the prep time should only be about 15-20 minutes.
- Cook time about 10 for bacon.

- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil, and fit with a wire rack. Arrange bacon slices in an even layer on rack, and bake in preheated oven until crisp, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool bacon, reserving 1 tablespoon bacon grease; chop bacon, and set aside.
- Toss tomatoes with reserved bacon grease. Spread on rimmed baking sheet, and bake at 400°F oven until tomatoes burst, about 10 minutes. Let cool slightly. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
- Combine cream cheese, Cheddar, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, 1 cup of the chopped bacon, and 1 cup of the tomatoes in a large bowl; transfer to a 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350°F until hot and bubbly, 15 to 20 minutes. Top with lettuce, remaining tomatoes, and remaining chopped bacon; drizzle with lemon juice. Serve with crostini or toast points.
